Community Connection

“Bloom Construction built a beautiful addition to Ann Arbor’s movie palace, the Michigan Theater.  It was a challenging project and construction logistics were complicated because the site is in a busy downtown and the theater had to remain open during construction.  Also, the design of the addition had to reflect the rich style of the original 1920’s era theater, yet feel and work like a modern building.  The result: the press and the public rave about our new addition.  Thank you, Alan Bloom and crew, for meeting the many challenges and leaving us with a beautiful new addition to an Ann Arbor area landmark.”
