Josh Bloom sits on panel discussion at Next Energy's - Energy Efficiency Finance Conference
Josh Bloom participated in the lively Q&A as a panelist at the Next Energy -Energy Efficiency Finance Forum in Late April. Al Hildreth, The GM Sustainability Director tackled Energy Efficiency from the corporate level, and Josh added the small and medium sized business perspective of how to successfully implement energy efficiency in to building projects. The event was an incredible success, and provided lots of great perspectives on energy efficiency, and financing tools available such as Michigan Saves, PACE Programs, Comerica and Citigroup's Energy Efficiency Loan Programs, and many more.

Bloom GC will provide construction management services on the LaFontaine Volkswagen ground-up project. The building will be targeting LEED certification, and therefore will be built with sustainability, environmental, and energy efficient objectives in mind.
