Construction Management
Engage Bloom in the pre-construction phase to fully leverage its comprehensive management techniques in the planning, design, and construction phases of a project.  Construction Management (CM) establishes a guaranteed maximum price for construction and enables Bloom to value-engineer every stage of the project to reduce costs.  CM engagements are best suited for sustainable building and phased construction projects, as well as all other projects where a team approach is desired.  

General Contracting
Bloom will provide a hard-bid price on the overall project.  Bloom has many well-established relationships with pre-qualified subcontractors that help to ensure bid-price accuracy and economy without sacrificing quality.     

Design/Build
Design/Build is a collaborative engagement between the architect, builder, and owner that facilitates significant value-engineering of the project on a rapid schedule for expedited project delivery.
